We ask you to read these Terms and Conditions so that you can be sure of all your rights as a Health Reaction customer, wherever you live in the world. For further details, please see our Order Help page.

1. Despatch Times
   Goods are despatched within 3 working days of receiving cleared funds. If you are paying by cheque, please allow time for your cheque to arrive by post, and for your bank to clear your cheque. If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order in full within this period, we will notify you by email, and you will be entitled to a full or partial refund. Please note that refunds are made by the same method of payment that you used to pay us: credit card payments will be reimbursed to your account; payments by cheque, postal order or money order will be refunded by cheque.

    

2. Delivery & Delivery Charges
   Within the UK - we send out all goods within the UK by Royal Mail First Class Post or a reputable courier service. Postage and packing is charged at a flat rate of £1.95 per package, however large your order.
   Within the EU - we send out all goods within the EU by Royal Mail Airmail or a reputable courier service. Postage and packing is charged at a variable rate according to weight, and this will be shown on the final screen before you make your purchase.
   Rest of the World - we send out all goods to the rest of the world by Royal Mail Airmail or a reputable courier service. Postage and packing is charged at a variable rate according to weight, and this will be shown on the final screen before you make your purchase.

    

3. Payment
   Payment can be made by credit or debit card using either our secure on-line banking system, or by phone/fax/post if you prefer. Payment can also be made by cheques drawn on a UK Bank. Orders purchased by cheque will be processed and sent out once the cheque has cleared. Payment can also be made by postal order or international money order.

    

4. EU residents pay the VAT inclusive price (currently 17.5%).
   Goods delivered outside the EU are sold exclusive of VAT (currently 17.5%). This price difference will be shown in the total on the final checkout screen.

    

5. Returns
   We operate a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Goods may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in the exact condition in which they were despatched from us. All returns must be authorised in advance by contacting Customer Services, and completing the form on the Contact Us page. Refund will be applicable to the cost of goods only, and not to the cost of postage or carriage. We accept no liability for non-receipt of returned goods.

    

6. Claims
   Breakages or non-compliance must be notified immediately upon receipt of goods. Damaged or non-compliant goods must be returned to Vitamin UK. Please contact Customer Services for authorisation and advice.
